BBQ🍗🍡(Girls Can Grill👩‍🍳)

I'm Nivedita , the girl who is forever hovering over a grill, some coal , or fire with tongs in one hand a glass of wine in the other. It started with a normal barbecue , while its no longer a hobby . There are many kinds of food, but the best one for me is still barbecue. When I first see barbecue , it really catches my eyes. All about science and art of barbecue , grilling and outdoor cooking  , overall "I had a great experience". If you have a summer kitchen , then you need to make sure you own all necessary items for a perfect outdoor grilling. This way you will be able to prepare delicious barbecues for your family and friends. In order to know exactly what to get , take a look on at the following must have items for outdoor grilling. 

A Charcoal grill is essential , in my case I always use a open fire grill. In order to prepare with ease tasty barbecues you need to go with a charcoal grill . These units are especially made for outdoor use. It's a type of meal in which meat( such as beef, chicken , pork and fish ) ,cottage cheese and vegetables are cooked . We got many different recipes surfing around the internet . So you can follow any one of it, mine is a secret! Well its contagious too....it makes you want to have it!  And I am sure it's the next thing you will be planning for your family and friends. Keep it simple and  comfortable, that's what barbecues are all about. Make your marinade mix and spice mix rub ahead.

Prepare the meats, vegetables and sauces ready . Let them marinade for overnight or 30 mins before grilling . Prepare the side dishes and sauces to go with the mains. Select the drinks that will go with the food; soft drinks, sodas and of course chilled water . Its a good idea to prepare a light snack which can be coffee or tea as well . Before the grilling, make sure the charcoal is on fire and keep rotating the skewers. The intention is to impart grill marks on the food. Enjoy your food and recipes by sharing it with your loved ones .

What's better than to end a beautiful evening on a very special note . The smoky, heart-warming and mouth-watering smell of sizzling barbecue is in the air.
