You might be thinking or wondering have I gone nuts or something. But this is true. If you give it a try then biryani is an obsession. Now, I can tell you from where this obsession started and the Non Veg Biryani vs Veg Biryani( pilaf, also called as pulao or khichdi in India)concept too! When I first tasted biryani, I did not understand the taste. It had so many elements that I got confused. And the most important (raita/salan) accompaniments.   Everyone has some or the other interesting story about their lunch box, whether they are small school going children or people doing there jobs... also the one who cooks the lunch box can have interesting things to tell..... To start with... I'll tell you about my experience with a lunch box. When I was in 6th class ...  one day I forgot my lunch box at home... and came to school. I was worried a lot " yaar ab kya hoga break me... bhuk lagegi bohot" ... from 1st to 5th periods I was just thinking about my lunch box....the bell rang for the break and I came out of the class and suddenly saw my mother with my basket in which I used to keep my lunch box... I was so pleased after seeing her... I just ran to my mum and thanked her and went on the ground to have my meal.                                                                             Moved out of my house for few day's when I realised that some of the thing's are missing out and  it was "Ghar ka khana". Life is much easier by our mom's by our side. We all remember even the simplest dishes made by our mother. "Since , I have a fear of living away from home every alternate dish cooked by her is my favourite". Coming from a family where food is our first love, I have always tried to learn something new from them . I look after each and every detail while she cooks. My first baking experience.❤

Hi people, I hope you all are fine ! Today, I am posting my first ever blog which is related to my experience about food . Food is just not an edible thing . It carries some emotions. The emotions are for life.  The picture you see above is the first cake I baked for someone else. I baked this one 5 years ago . I didn't tasted it but the comments I got over it were just overwhelming for me. I think everyone should share their stories. I shared mine too!❤🥮
